Osoa Community Guidelines

Welcome to Osoa.
Osoa is a dating and social discovery community where people can meet, communicate, and build meaningful connections. We want everyone using Osoa to feel respected, safe, and comfortable.
These Community Guidelines explain the standards we expect all users to follow when using Osoa.
By accessing or using Osoa, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other users with respect.
You must not engage in behavior that is abusive, threatening, intimidating, degrading, or intended to make another person feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
This includes:
• Harassment or repeated unwanted contact.
• Threats of violence or harm.
• Bullying or intimidation.
• Insults or targeted personal attacks.

2. Be Authentic
Osoa is designed for genuine connections between real people.
You must represent yourself honestly.
You must not:
• Pretend to be another person.
• Use another person's photos without permission.
• Create fake or misleading profiles.
• Misrepresent your identity for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Impersonate celebrities, public figures, organizations, or other users.
• Create accounts designed to mislead, manipulate, or deceive others.
We may request additional information or verification where necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the community.
3. Adults Only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Osoa.
Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from creating or maintaining an Osoa account.
Content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.
If we believe an account belongs to a person under 18, we may immediately restrict or remove the account.
4. Sexual Content and Nudity
Osoa is a dating platform, but it is not a platform for explicit sexual content.
You must not publicly upload, post, or share:
• Pornographic content.
• Explicit sexual images or videos.
• Visible genitalia.
• Explicit sexual acts.
• Sexually exploitative material.
• Content involving sexual violence.
• Sexual content involving minors.
You must also not send sexually explicit content to another user without their clear consent.
Repeated unwanted sexual messages, requests, or images may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
5. Harassment and Unwanted Sexual Behavior
Everyone has the right to decide who they communicate with and how they interact.
You must not:
• Pressure someone into sexual conversations.
• Repeatedly request intimate photos.
• Send unwanted sexual messages or images.
• Pressure someone to meet offline.
• Continue contacting someone after they have rejected you.
• Threaten or retaliate against someone for rejecting you.
• Attempt to manipulate someone into romantic or sexual activity.
Consent must be voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Hate Speech and Discrimination
Osoa does not tolerate hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
You must not attack, threaten, degrade, or promote hatred against people based on characteristics such as:
• Race
• Ethnicity
• Nationality
• Religion
• Gender
• Gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Disability
• Age
• Other protected characteristics under applicable law
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination may be removed and may result in account termination.
7. Violence and Dangerous Behavior
Do not use Osoa to threaten, promote, encourage, or glorify serious violence or dangerous behavior.
Prohibited content or conduct includes:
• Credible threats of physical harm.
• Encouraging violence against another person.
• Promoting terrorism or violent extremist organizations.
• Sharing graphic violent content for the purpose of shocking or threatening others.
• Encouraging dangerous or illegal activities.
If we believe there is an immediate risk of serious harm, we may take appropriate steps, including contacting relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.
8. Scams, Fraud, and Financial Solicitation
Osoa must not be used to exploit people financially.
You must not:
• Ask users to send you money.
• Request gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or other financial payments.
• Promote investment schemes.
• Conduct romance scams.
• Pretend to have an emergency in order to obtain money.
• Request banking information, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive financial information.
• Promote fraudulent products, services, or opportunities.
Users who engage in scams or financial exploitation may be permanently banned.
Never send money to someone you have met through Osoa.
9. Spam and Commercial Activity
Osoa is intended primarily for personal social and dating interactions.
You must not use the Service to:
• Send repetitive or unsolicited advertisements.
• Promote unrelated products or services.
• Recruit users into marketing schemes.
• Send mass messages.
• Collect user information for commercial purposes.
• Redirect users to suspicious websites.
• Promote unauthorized commercial activities.
We may restrict accounts that primarily use Osoa for advertising, solicitation, or spam.
10. Illegal Activities
You must comply with applicable laws when using Osoa.
You must not use Osoa to facilitate, promote, organize, or participate in illegal activities.
This includes, where prohibited by law:
• Drug trafficking.
• Human trafficking.
• Sexual exploitation.
• Fraud.
• Theft.
• Violence.
• Illegal weapons activity.
• Other criminal conduct.
We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required by applicable law.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of other users.
You must not share another person's private or sensitive information without permission.
This may include:
• Home addresses.
• Phone numbers.
• Email addresses.
• Government identification information.
• Financial information.
• Private photographs.
• Private conversations.
• Workplace or location information.
• Other information that could expose someone to harassment or harm.
Do not threaten to publish another person's personal information, messages, or intimate content.
12. Intimate Images and Sexual Exploitation
Sharing or threatening to share another person's intimate images without their consent is strictly prohibited.
You must not:
• Distribute private intimate images without permission.
• Threaten to share intimate content.
• Use intimate content to blackmail or control another person.
• Secretly record or distribute sexual activity.
• Create or distribute sexually exploitative content without consent.
Such conduct may result in immediate and permanent account termination.
13. Human Trafficking and Sexual Services
Osoa must not be used to facilitate exploitation or trafficking.
You must not:
• Offer or request sexual services in exchange for money or other compensation.
• Recruit users for prostitution or sexual exploitation.
• Facilitate human trafficking.
• Control, exploit, or profit from another person's sexual activity.
Accounts involved in such activities may be permanently removed.
14. Account Integrity and Platform Abuse
Do not interfere with the normal operation of Osoa.
You must not:
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the Service without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions or bans.
• Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
• Manipulate matches, engagement, rankings, or platform features.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with Osoa's systems.
• Scrape or collect user information without authorization.
Activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service may result in immediate account suspension.
15. Photos and Profile Content
Your profile should accurately represent you.
Profile photos and other content must comply with these Guidelines.
You should not upload:
• Photos of another person presented as yourself.
• Explicit sexual images.
• Graphic violence.
• Hate symbols used to promote hatred.
• Images containing private information belonging to another person.
• Copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
• Misleading or fraudulent content.
We may remove profile content that violates these standards.
16. Safe Offline Meetings
Meeting someone you first met online involves personal risk.
When meeting another Osoa user offline, consider the following precautions:
• Get to know the person through Osoa before meeting.
• Meet in a public place.
• Tell a friend or family member where you are going.
• Arrange your own transportation.
• Keep control of your personal belongings.
• Do not feel pressured to drink alcohol or use substances.
• Do not share sensitive financial or personal information.
• Leave immediately if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
You are never obligated to meet someone simply because you matched or communicated with them.
17. Blocking and Reporting
If another user makes you uncomfortable or violates these Guidelines, you may use Osoa's available blocking or reporting features.
Reports may include concerns involving:
• Harassment.
• Fake profiles.
• Scams.
• Threats.
• Hate speech.
• Sexual misconduct.
• Underage users.
• Spam.
• Other violations of these Guidelines.
We may review reported accounts and content and take action where appropriate.
To protect user privacy and the integrity of our safety processes, we may not always disclose the details or outcome of an investigation.
18. Enforcement
We may take action when we determine that a user has violated these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may:
• Remove content.
• Issue warnings.
• Restrict certain features.
• Limit account visibility.
• Temporarily suspend an account.
• Permanently terminate an account.
• Prevent a user from creating additional accounts.
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.
We may also take action based on conduct occurring outside Osoa, where such conduct presents a credible risk to the safety of Osoa users or the integrity of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Circumventing Enforcement
If your account has been suspended or terminated, you must not attempt to avoid enforcement by creating another account or using another person's account.
Accounts created to evade restrictions may also be terminated.
20. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to our Service, safety practices, legal requirements, or community standards.
When significant changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Osoa after updated Guidelines become effective means that you agree to follow the updated Guidelines.
